Preventative Maintenance plans will insure your air conditioning equipment is properly maintained and will guarantee a peace of mind. We have two plans, the Silver plan and the Platinum plan; these plans are priced per system.
While both plans offer a spring inspection that concentrates on air conditioning and a fall inspection that concentrates on heating, the Sliver plan includes a once a year inspection of the evaporator coil and condensate pan. The Silver plan also offers a 10% discount on parts and labor if calls are necessary between scheduled visits.
The Platinum plan includes a once a year cleaning of the evaporator coil and condensate pan if needed while in place. The Platinum plan also offers a 15% discount on parts and labor if calls are necessary between scheduled visits.
Evaporator coils and condensate pans are the main source of odor complaints arising from the air conditioning system. Periodic cleaning of these components will reduce the probability of water leaks and will provide a cleaner and healthier environment.
All customers on our maintenance plan receive **priority in scheduling of service calls that
may be necessary between scheduled visits.
